No. We use trigger prompts — small actions, not poses — so you forget the camera. Most of our favorite shots are people laughing at something we asked them to do.

Probably some of them will. That's normal. About 70% of our families have kids under 7, and the candid "meltdown becomes laughter" shots are usually the favorites in the gallery. We work around naps, snacks, attention spans.

Quintana Roo rain comes in 20-minute bursts. We watch the radar all day. If it's a real wash-out, we reschedule once at no charge. No drama.

Some do. We know which resorts are vendor-friendly and which ones aren't. If yours charges a fee, we'll suggest a free public location nearby — Playa Delfines, Playa 88, a cenote, or one of the cliffs in Tulum. Same quality of photos, no fee.

Fair concern. Three things: (1) you can read Google reviews of our work, with our real names; (2) the deposit is processed through Squarespace, not crypto or wire; (3) we're a real couple, you can DM us before booking and we'll voice-note you back, or we can even do a small video-call before booking.

Almost everyone says this. We direct the entire shoot — what to do with your hands, where to look, when to laugh. You don't need to be a model. You don't need to know what you're doing. We do.

3 days from the session. If you need them faster — flight tomorrow, surprise reveal, social post — we offer 24-hour express delivery for $50 extra.

We've never had this happen, but if it did: we'd reshoot, no charge. We'd rather do it twice than have you leave Mexico with photos you don't love.
